Shipping policy

Your purchase will be shipped out within 3-5 business days. If you need something by a specific date please send us a message and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Every product is handmade and packaged with care to ensure a safe arrival. Once your item is ready, you will receive an automated email with the estimated delivery date, shipping method, and tracking number. Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking number to become live. Please contact us immediately if your piece arrives damaged, and we will be more than happy to replace the item. You will need to send photographs of the broken piece in the original packaging.
