This is the tide pool that inspired the whole collection, the first glimmer, the loosening. When walking toward it the first evening on the beach with my son, looking up at the setting sun reflecting off the water he said, "Honey Gold!"
That glimmer in that still moment stayed with me, a feeling to hold onto. Another put words to that feeling: "time worth more than gold, sweeter than honey." When time slows just enough to notice the extraordinary light in life, the glimmer hiding in the ordinary.
