Life doesn’t slow down , it hums, it shakes, it rattles.The music keeps playing, and the rhythm changes. Dance Through It is about resilience. about the practice of showing up, moving through the noise with persistence and grace. It’s not about waiting for calm, but about choosing to move through what is in motion. There will be missteps and moments that unravel us, but the beauty is in showing up anyway, one step, then another, to dance through it.
